About Me

I am not my hair-1 Well, life has been a joyful rollercoaster surprise! An only child, I’ve been married to my absolute best friend since September 1998 and our family has blossomed with 4 beautiful children. We have been homeschooling for over 10 years and (Lord willing) intend to continue until they all leave the nest. Our world was completely turned upside down with the birth of our twins in May 2012 and life has been full ever since. My nuggets are thoughts, accomplishments, coulda-woulda-shouldas, suggestions, and more that carry me through. I took more than a 5-year hiatus from my modeling career to focus on cultivating my children’s hearts and, now, am slowly re-entering this new season of parenthood with a college student, 3 more to go on this homeschool journey, and a foreign sense of social media that I am slowly coming to understand and navigate! Life is busy, challenging, yet oh so joyous as I continuously pray to be used for God’s service laboring away through the mistakes and victories!
